What happens to TOML dates?
Offset date-times, local date-times, dates and times are written to JSON as ISO 8601 strings such as "1979-05-27T07:32:00Z", because JSON has no native date type.
Can any JSON become TOML?
Almost. TOML's top level must be a table (an object), and it has no null, so null values are dropped. Mixed arrays and deeply nested objects are supported.
