What is my user agent?
Every browser sends a User-Agent header describing itself. This tool shows yours and breaks any UA string down into browser, rendering engine, operating system, device type, vendor and model, and CPU architecture. It's useful for debugging analytics, server logs and device-specific bugs.
Why do user agents look so strange?
For compatibility, almost every browser claims to be "Mozilla/5.0" and many mention Safari, Chrome and Gecko at the same time. Modern Chromium browsers also freeze parts of the string and expose accurate details through User-Agent Client Hints, shown below when your browser supports them.
